2/21/16 --I am amending my review to reflect the fact that I was finally contacted by one of the authors, Dr. Ríos, who was able to direct me to the McGraw-Hill link for the CME credit exams. The link is below in the comments for anyone else interested. So 2 stars for McGraw-Hill's handling of this title and a full 5 stars to Dr. Ríos for her help! I may have to take one of her live courses.
8/2/15 --Not terrible, but don't buy it for the CME credits. The cover pictured states "75 Category 1 AMA CME credits." The copy I received states only "60" credits. More importantly, apparently no where in the book is it explained how to obtain the credits and the websites listed are no help at all. If someone associated with the book would like to correct me, I would be happy to modify my review accordingly.

I have attended a couple of Rios Associates' wonderful live CME seminars. This is the book they use in their presentations and I have found it very helpful for learning the language in a medical setting. The cultural aspects also make my experiences with my Spanish speaking patients finally fall into place.
