what an informative book!

I love the way the author breaks down each persuasion, or provide you with example that illustrate his point flawlessly. I will read and re-read this book until I master these techniques which are useful in many situations. I've tried a few of the things he's suggested and they have worked like charm. A very valuable book! Leaders and managers should be required to read it!

Valuable book

I got so much out of the book, to the point of being able to successfully use its principles twice within a week of reading. I plan on re-reading this book every 6 months or so as a refresher. I really get more satisfaction from being nice to people and I love how the author book encourages kindness while teaching you to stand your ground and get what you want.

This is a great read, but read it slowly. Although the concepts have been around for a long time (as long as Aesop), careful thought is required to assess and implement these skills into your own social communicating framework.
